The close relationship between the Old Testament and archaeology goes without saying. However, the relationship between the two disciplines are often underappreciated or ignored. This course shows how archaeology and biblical studies converge.

We will look at several tremendously important finds and discuss the history of research and important elements of each find. In some cases, the results are paradigm shifting, but in each case the convergences are historically and culturally informative. Join me as we engage where Old Testament studies and archaeology converge!
