Todd Sullivan joined the Wesley Biblical Seminary staff in 2026 as Director of Financial Aid and Student Accounts. He is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church and is currently appointed to a two-point charge north of Houston, Texas, where he enjoys serving local congregations while helping equip the next generation of Christian leaders.

Todd earned his undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University and brings a heart for ministry, administration, and student service to his role at WBS. As Director of Financial Aid and Student Accounts, he is committed to helping students navigate the financial aid process with confidence so they can focus on preparing for lives of faithful ministry. He is passionate about removing financial barriers to theological education and providing clear, caring guidance throughout each student’s journey at Wesley Biblical Seminary.
