The Global Methodist Church Course of Study at Wesley Biblical Seminary

A new expression of Methodism founded on faithfulness
to God’s Word deserves a seminary that will train trusted pastors.

 

 

How does the Course of Study work?

 

  • COS is an alternative to a full Master’s degree
  • Certified Candidates typically take 5 courses per year
  • The Global Methodist program is 2 years for Deacon, 4 for Elder
  • WBS has already streamlined our expenses to minimize student costs—only $500 per course

The yearly cost of the GMC Course of Study at WBS is $2,500—a total cost of $5,000 for Deacons and $10,000 for Elders.

How you can invest in ministry candidates

 

  • As an individual, a Sunday School class or small group, or as a church, commit to an annual investment of a partial or whole scholarship
  • You are able to cancel your scholarship commitment at any time if your circumstances change
  • WBS will inform you each year which ministry candidate your scholarship is supporting so that you can pray for them by name
