As Director of Development, Kaitlin serves our donor, alumni, and stakeholder communities, helping to ensure the strength and sustainability of our mission to develop trusted leaders for faithful churches. 

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Kaitlin attended Mississippi State University to pursue a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Public Relations. She serves on the Ferguson Family Charitable Foundation board and is on the Women’s Ministry Team for Madison Methodist Church in Madison, MS. 

While attending college, Kaitlin met her husband, Brad. Together they have three children and reside in Madison, Mississippi.
