The search for a melodious penguin is a hopeless thing, unless you have penguin ears,

Just as a longing for better things is a fool’s dream for all who lack Christ’s Mind

And live for now, as though now is what there really is and all talk of the eternal and the holy is just so much pious flotsam

That bounces on the surface of the ocean of the “real world” where money and power and pleasure are the stuff that realists seek

And are the only things that matter.

But for those who have penguin ears, a penguin sings a beautiful song. . . .
