As a GMC Course of Study student, your Wesley Biblical Seminary coursework can do more than fulfill ordination requirements. Any WBS Course of Study course successfully completed may be converted for credit toward a Wesley Biblical Seminary Master’s degree, giving you the advantage of a fully accredited degree on your resume and a head start on further theological education.
Option 1: Students with a Bachelor’s Degree
Students who hold a bachelor’s degree may apply through the standard Master’s degree admissions process.

Step 1: Apply to a Master’s Degree Program
Complete an application for the Wesley Biblical Seminary Master’s degree program of your choice.
Step 2: Pay the Course Conversion Fee
Once accepted into a Master’s program, contact the Finance Office to pay the conversion fee of $875 per course.
The fee may be paid all at once or gradually over time. All conversion fees must be paid before graduation.
Step 3: Transfer Courses to Your Transcript
After payment is received, the Registrar will be notified and will transfer the eligible Course of Study credits to your Master’s degree transcript.

Step 4: Complete Remaining Degree Requirements
After conversion, you will register as a graduate student rather than through the Course of Study program and complete any additional courses required for your degree.
Step 5: Explore Scholarships and Financial Aid
Students enrolled in a Master’s degree program may be eligible for institutional scholarships offered by Wesley Biblical Seminary, including merit and denominational scholarships, which can reduce tuition costs by up to 33%, depending on eligibility. Students may also qualify for federal financial aid. Financial aid eligibility is determined through the standard application process and may be used in conjunction with an institutional scholarship when permitted by applicable regulations.
