Since 1974 WBS has been faithfully fulfilling its mission. Explore our ethos, distinctives, statement of faith, and leadership below.
Our Mission: Wesley Biblical Seminary exists to educate and train men and women who, in fulfillment of the Church’s mission, will live and proclaim Trinitarian faith, promote the Spirit-filled life, and in full commitment to the absolute authority of the Bible, actively make disciples of Jesus Christ.
Wesley Biblical Seminary has established this ethos statement in order to promote spiritual growth and to foster a safe, wholesome, loving Christian on-campus and online environment for the benefit of all members in the seminary community.
These 12 statements are the Wesleyan-Arminian doctrines central to Wesley Biblical Seminary’s identity and heritage.
We believe in the triune God, scripture, Jesus the Son, the Holy Spirit, humanity, salvation, holiness, repentance, the church, His return, eternity, and evangelism.
Wesley Biblical Seminary is accredited by the Association of Theological School’s Commission on Accreditation and by the Association for Biblical Higher Education’s Commission on Accreditation.
Both of these organizations are recognized by the United States Department of Education.
