WBS Alumnus, Chaplain Paul “Randy” Belcher (M.Div. ’06), reaffirmed his oath of office upon his promotion to the rank of Major on October 3, 2016. He, his wife, Tiffany, and son, Jacob (age 4), are currently stationed at Fort Lee, VA. CH (MAJ) Belcher is currently serving there as the 59th Ordnance Brigade Chaplain.

CH Belcher has served God and Country for over 10 years. He deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2007-2008) and Operation Enduring Freedom (2012). His current decorations include two Bronze Stars, one Meritorious Service Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, an Army Achievement Medal, a National Defense Service Medal, an Afghanistan Campaign Medal, an Iraqi Campaign Medal, a Global War on Terrorism Medal, an Army Service Ribbon, three Overseas Service Ribbons, and a NATO Medal.
