The standard 2026–2027 Cost of Attendance shown below is based on a full-time master’s student enrolled in 9 credit hours during the Fall semester and 9 credit hours during the Spring semester.
This standard budget assumes that the student:
| Cost of Attendance Component | Fall | Spring | Academic Year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tuition (9 credits × $550) | $4,950 | $4,950 | $9,900 |
| Technology Fee | $200 | $200 | $400 |
| Books, Course Materials & Supplies | $750 | $750 | $1,500 |
| Housing | $4,500 | $4,500 | $9,000 |
| Food | $1,500 | $1,500 | $3,000 |
| Transportation | $400 | $400 | $800 |
| Federal Student Loan Fees* | $108.50 | $108.50 | $217 |
| Personal Expenses | $850 | $850 | $1,700 |
| Estimated Total Cost of Attendance | $13,258.50 | $13,258.50 | $26,517 |
Tuition and the technology fee are direct costs charged by WBS.
Books, course materials and supplies, housing, food, transportation, federal student loan fees, and personal expenses are allowances used in determining a student’s Cost of Attendance. These amounts generally are not charged by WBS and do not represent amounts a student must pay to the Seminary.
The federal student loan fee allowance represents an estimated Direct Unsubsidized Loan origination fee. The actual fee depends on the amount borrowed. A student who does not borrow a federal student loan will not incur this expense.
A student’s individual Cost of Attendance may differ from the standard budget based on the student’s enrollment, period of attendance, living arrangements, and other circumstances permitted under federal student aid regulations.
Students who believe their educational expenses differ significantly from the standard Cost of Attendance may contact the WBS Financial Aid Office to discuss whether an adjustment is appropriate. Documentation may be required.
