The Global Methodist Church Course of Study at Wesley Biblical Seminary is an approved alternative certificate program for individuals pursuing licensing or ordination with the GMC.

The program includes two tracks that meet the full ordination requirements for Deacons or Elders in the GMC.

• All courses are available fully online with no residency requirements. You can join live or watch the courses on your own time.
• A full slate of classes, with every required course offered every year. No waiting years for the class you need to come back around.
• Every professor is fully committed to the inerrancy of scripture and teaches every class from a Wesleyan perspective. We are not a Wesleyan division within a generic seminary, we are a fully Wesleyan seminary.
• Keep your degree options open. While the COS is a certificate program, students who meet academic standards can convert their classes to apply toward an M.Div. degree.
